Timing is Key: Submit your email 2-4 weeks before your drop date for optimal response time. For pre-promo preparations like DJ packs and presentations, allow 1-2 weeks.
Direct Links: Include all your direct links (SoundCloud, Spotify, YouTube, etc.). If your project is unreleased, share via Google Doc, Dropbox, or YouTube (private link). Only send singles unless you're a retainer client.
